Water Heater Installation & Repair

Because no one likes cold showers. When your water heater stops keeping up, runs rusty, makes rumbling noises or leaves a puddle on the utility room floor, we'll come out, diagnose it, and tell you honestly whether it's a repair or a replacement.

Plenty of water heater problems are fixable. Thermocouples, pilot assemblies, heating elements, thermostats, anode rods and temperature-and-pressure relief valves all fail long before the tank itself does, and replacing a part is dramatically cheaper than replacing a unit. We check the whole system, including the gas line and venting, before recommending anything.

When a tank really is done — usually somewhere past the ten to twelve year mark, or once it's leaking from the tank body — we install a properly sized gas or electric replacement, bring the connections, venting and expansion tank up to standard, and haul the old unit away. One of our customers put it simply: "Eric fixed both an issue with my gas line and my water heater. Both times he was thorough, communicative, and helpful."

Hard Kansas water shortens the life of every water heater in the metro, which is why we also install and service water softeners. Pairing a new heater with a softener protects your investment and keeps sediment from insulating the bottom of the tank and driving up your gas bill.

We install and repair water heaters throughout Overland Park, Leawood, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Prairie Village and the Kansas City metro, and we're licensed and insured in both Kansas and Missouri. Call (913) 283-5004 to get hot water back.
