Plans come in two tiers, billed monthly or yearly, for one system or more than one. The Elite plan adds discounts on our home services — basic kitchen and bathroom repair, air quality assessment and improvements, water softeners, water heater repair and installation, fencing repair, deck repair, window installation, simple plumbing leaks, light fixture installation, drywall repair, exterior upgrades and flooring improvements — with any repairs given the 15% member discount.
Here's how it works: once you've signed up, we'll touch base to get your maintenance checks scheduled. For the Elite plan, simply give us a call whenever you have a problem or want to use your home repair discount and we'll schedule a time that works for you. Your plan renews automatically (monthly for monthly billing, yearly for yearly contracts) and you'll be notified of any price change at least 30 days in advance with the opportunity to opt out; you may cancel with 30 days' notice by emailing info@davishvachome.com.
