Need a completely new system? We've got you covered, and we'll do it at a reasonable price. We buy over 90% of our equipment through locally owned small businesses, which keeps our costs — and yours — lower than the big box HVAC companies that dominate the Kansas City metro.

We only recommend replacement when it's genuinely the right call. If you have an older system, replacing it will often save you real money on utilities and make your home dramatically more comfortable. A properly maintained HVAC system should last 20 to 25 years; once you're past that, you're usually paying more in energy and repairs than a new system would cost you per month.

Every new installation comes with a 10 year warranty on all parts and a 1 year warranty on labor. No exceptions — if something happens, we will make it right. We size the equipment to your actual home rather than defaulting to whatever was there before, and we respect your house and keep it clean while we work.

There's also money available to help. Evergy offers rebates to residential customers for high-efficiency air conditioners and furnaces, typically $200 to $700 depending on equipment and up to $1,200 for ground-source heat pumps, and Midwest Energy's How$mart program will finance efficiency improvements on your utility bill. We'll walk you through what you qualify for, and we offer flexible financing on replacements as well.
